For all our customers, please note that whilst we all deal with the uncertainty of the coronavirus, we wanted to let you know that we are constantly monitoring the situation and are closely following the daily guidelines released by the Government and the UK’s Chief Medical officer.
We are available to offer up to a minute advice about the property market and the trading conditions within it to any of our customers, at any time.
We do ask that, if you are showing any symptoms or know that you have come into contact with the virus, please do not come to the office or allow viewings. Instead telephone the office and we will be pleased to discuss alternative solutions.
Please also understand that, in order to minimize the spread of the virus, we will not be shaking hands or standing in close proximity to customer when we conduct appraisals or viewings. We will also not be offering lifts to attend viewing appointment at this time.
We are taking all recommended precautions to help delay the virus and to ensure both our customers’ and colleagues’ safety. We are also, importantly, implementing several initiatives to ensure that we can continue to work effectively for our customers, the vast majority of whom are still looking to move at this time.
Michael Adam will therefore maintain a ‘business as usual’ approach to ensure continued service for all our customers.
Video tours will be made available should our clients wish to use these in the marketing of their property.
We have an office system to ensure that business can continue irrelevant of staff absence or branch closure.
Our employees can work from home if required.
Customers can request specific viewing times so that a property can be vacated to allow minimal social contact.
Our office is following government advice around regular hand washing.
Our employees will have the ability to work remotely to ensure continuity of service.
Our employees are empowered to self-isolate immediately, full paid, should they have any flu-like symptoms.
